a friend of mine sent me this impressive story told by John Francis, a planetwalker for three decades! He kept silent for 17 years! I would like to be around such people!

am descoperit ca renunt la oamenii foarte apropiati cand aleg un drum diferit de-al meu… renunt, adica ma fortez sa-i scot din viata mea, chit ca ei mai locuiesc inca in inima mea. mi-e greu sa accept ca am dat din inima mea altora si ca inca ii iubesc, chiar dc nu mai sunt langa mine. astazi pot sa plang - sunt foarte afurisita cateodata! today it was the first time when I listened without reacting to somebody I care about criticizing me. I said no word - he said what he had to say and hung up. All I wanted to say, in the end, was “I love you too” … but I didn’t… perhaps I will do it [...]
