being thankful

Sometimes (very seldom, fortunately), when I’m falling down - I keep falling (it’s like I can not stop). And usually, I refrain from calling my friends when I’m down - because somehow I enjoy it (understandable, as my favorite story used to be “I’m alone, I can not count on anybody”). Nothing seems to work in those moments - not even walking, meditating, whatever… But [...]
